Reflectivity of Zn3As2 and Zn3P2 in 0.24 — 1.2 ?m waverange

Abstract

Reflectivity spectra of oriented Zn3As2 and unoriented Zn3P2 crystals were measured in 0.24—1.2 ?m waverage at 300K. A few singular points stated on spectral curves of both compounds have been assigned as interband transitions at the characteristics point of energy-band structure.
