Abstract

The investigation of the optical properties of the novel polyarylates with heterocyclic side chain groups is reported. Optical properties of the polymers obtained have been measured. Mechanical and thermal properties are also presented. The refractive index n(λ) and susceptibility χ¹ have been determined for different compositions of polymers.
